The room was accessible and...

Liked: In our accessible room, the bath was very usable and there was space to move in wheelchair. Also instead of a useless table, there was a small eating table with 2 chairs. Very practical.

Disliked: Bathroom sink pipes leaked on my feet while using sink. Hair dryer didn’t work. Curtain did not completely cover window.

Disliked: I paid a deposit of 100.00 in cash l asked for a receipt he said l didn’t need one. When l arrived the facility. The young ask me for my debit card I asked him why he told me he had to put it on file. I said to him l already paid online and l hope you’re not charging me again he said no. I said l would had expected for you to ask for my ID so you can confirm that is me renting your room. He took my ID and gave me my documents and the key to the room. So l left. Something told me to lock my card as l was about to do that l noticed 100.00 was missing off my card. So l went back to the office and confronted him about it and tried act like he didn’t know what l was talking until show he my transaction where it show it was taking by Super 8. At that point l told now give me back my 100.00 on cash that l have given you and keep the one you took off my card as your deposit. He did but l will never recommend anyone to them and l will never go back there either. They also have roaches.
