Super 8 by Wyndham Oneonta/Cooperstown

I've used ConcertHotels.com a few times now and usually everything is spot-on. This was a first, and hopefully a last mistake. If it is the hotel's fault, then something should be said to the hotel to prevent future issues. If it is the website's fault, then there should be some compensation made.

Liked: Went outside to smoke and still had a decent stay.
Disliked: Not sure who's mistake it was, but I had reserved a smoking room and got non-smoking instead! I was told by the motel that the website did not relay that info correctly. And they couldn't fix it - there were no smoking rooms available.

Liked: Not too far from all star village and other things. Could book for 1 night only
Disliked: Hall carpets were old dank and filthy, the breakfast was disgusting processed and packaged muffins and fruit cups. No elevator to get luggage up to the second floor.

Liked: Location to destination venue.
Disliked: Everything from the pot holed driveway on the way in, to the dumpy facility as a whole. The TV did not work, the room smelled and felt wet and staff were non existent or outside overfilling the already flooded ashtray near the parking. Breakfast was cheap grab and go garbage from the local Dollar Tree.
