Super 8 by Wyndham Oneonta/Cooperstown

I've used ConcertHotels.com a few times now and usually everything is spot-on. This was a first, and hopefully a last mistake. If it is the hotel's fault, then something should be said to the hotel to prevent future issues. If it is the website's fault, then there should be some compensation made.

Liked: Went outside to smoke and still had a decent stay.
Disliked: Not sure who's mistake it was, but I had reserved a smoking room and got non-smoking instead! I was told by the motel that the website did not relay that info correctly. And they couldn't fix it - there were no smoking rooms available.

Disliked: entrance to facility pothole ridden, no clear signage for front desk/entrance, hotel and rooms clean but not fresh and modern looking, bathroom very tight, staff courteous but looked like they wanted to be somewhere else, brown water came out of the tub faucet when turned on. Just not what we expected from a hotel with the Wyndham Logo.

Disliked: Do not understand why it’s so run down and filthy. Paid lots of money for the weekend and it’s a total dump. The rooms are terrible. Brown stains inside toilet bowl . Key cards not working anytime … door battery broken Bathroom sink literally spitting out water when turned on and not hot at all. The room was covered in dust! Had to constantly look for front desk person. Front desk poorly lit and quiet scary
