Liked: The staff were kind.
Disliked: There were too many spiders and too many insects, much of the room was splattered with what looked like juice and drinks. The room was barely clean.

Exceptional

Liked: It was clean and super close to Frontier City, the main reason we were in that part of town.
Disliked: The mattress was very firm, which for many people is perfect. It just wasn't what we were used to

Disliked: Bed was too soft. Fragrance/scent in room affected my allergies made it hard to sleep.

Liked: Breakfast had hot items available as well as cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt. The parking lot was well lit and clean.
Disliked: Not being from there it would have been helpful to have some basic information reference weather situations and what to do if something was to occur that needed us to seek shelter elsewhere.
