Liked: The room was well designed for my needs. I wish I had been advised the room has a fridge and a microwave. All in all I was very pleased.

Horrible false advertising hotel !

Liked: The room was not far from my daughters tournament .
Disliked: The whole listing and pictures of the room are misled false advertising and nothing like the listing !! Soon as I walked in there was a strong smell of marijuana but there is clearly rules that no smoking and vaping is allowed on the property, my room was dirty and had a horrible smell of throw up That housekeeping clearly didn’t clean up properly , My Bedding was dirty, their mattresses literally feel like box springs like I can’t make this up ! The tub was dirty. The toilet was dirty. I complained to the night staff he told me he couldn’t do anything and that I needed to talk to first shift when they arrived so I had to ask for cleaning supplies so I can clean my own room After I just had a 12 Hour Drive . The morning staff At first wasn’t trying to be helpful I told her something needs to be done so she finally offered to switch me rooms she handed me a key without even verbally telling me the new room number or where the room was after i go up to the room to check it out before I just switched rooms and It was in even worse shape. I went back to the desk and literally told her to walk back up to the room with me so she could see for herself. The staff really don’t give a care . Horrible experience!

Disliked: The rooms were dirty & smelly. The towels had stains on them. The bed covers also smelled. It looked like the bathroom had mold & rusting. The room had a crack at the bottom that you can visibly see outside.
