Liked: The room had the a/c on when we arrived so we didn't have to wait for the room to be cool.
Disliked: The vanity light wasn't working

Pleasant

Never again absolutely unacceptable.

Liked: The salt water pool was decent
Disliked: I had to clean my own room because no housekeeper on shift nor was the GSR able to get into the house keeping room, didn’t get fresh pillows and blankets until after 11pm absolutely unacceptable and the morning staff only response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. And it won’t let me post the vodeo for your proof

It was okay

Liked: We liked it. It’s out of the way and is usually clean, but not this time. Staff is usually very helpful.
Disliked: Well, first we didn’t get the room we were questioned. It was adjoining suite and we were on the second floor. The room was dirty and there was no ice available. The person in the adjoining suite snored so loud I couldn’t sleep and there was constantly people going up and down the hall yelling

You get what you pay...

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The surrounding area of this hotel is extremely run down. We did not feel safe and we were worried about getting mugged or robbed due to the amount of visible drug addicts in the area.

Very good

Liked: It was quiet, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: They didn't have any elevators to the second floor. So we had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs.
