Disliked: We stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned the room. We had to go to the front desk and ask for fresh towels every day! Ridiculous

Disliked: There was hair in the bed and in the sink, the toilet was not cleaned and was charged for a blanket I KNOW I DID NOT TAKE. Wouldn’t give me a refund bc I didn’t go down and complain in first 15 minutes
