Never showed, slept in truck

Disliked: Never was able to check in, slept in my truck. Waited ringing the bell for 10 minutes then called the hotel via phone as no one was helping. A guy answered and said "be right there" and was rather rude after 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby on top of the time already spent trying to get anyone to at the front I left and ended up sleeping in my truck. Drove ten hours that day to end up sleeping in the parking lot. I picked this hotel due to location on the interstate and was beyond disappointed.

Liked: Hot tub too cold

Not the worst but could...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and appeared to be free of bugs.
Disliked: I turned the heat on when I arrived around 7pm, and it never really warmed up. Floor was ice cold all night.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: The property was very dirty. The outside door near the room was broken and did not shut all the way. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet was leaking onto the floor. The room floor was sticky. We asked for a different room and was given one but it was also filthy. We ended up leaving the hotel and checking into another.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: We asked for rooms near each other. They were placed together. I unlocked the door to find a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom doorway. A pile of dirty sheets at the got of the bed. Empty soda cans on the dresser. We had to drop the bags in hallway and go down the steps, the halls to get to the front desk to ask for other arrangements. We were then given a room several doors away down the hall. The Room we did get was decent. But really was not a great experience. I can tell you from what I saw the comforters do not get washed. As the only thing on the floor was the pile of sheets. So my assumption is every stay you make at Super 8 you are sharing blankets with the previous guest. And that is gross!
