Super 8 by Wyndham North Hollywood

Didn't get to stay.

Liked: I never even got to stay. When I arrived at 6:30 pm the person at the front desk was rude. He started telling me my confirmation #: didn't match their confirmation number. I showed him my phone confirmation in my email he then said he didn't see my name in his system at all. He refreshed his screen and said I can't stay because I didn't have a reservation. Then he said I can stay if I pay $140.00. I said no thank you. Then he called me at 11:30 pm and asked why I didn't show up for my reservation. I said I did show up. Then he hung up on me.
Disliked: Please read the comments above for all of the details. I never got to stay at the property. That place is a joke. It's also dirty. And smells in the office area.

Discrimination by Indian foreigners.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I experienced discrimination at this hotel. I did not stay at this hotel. I asked if I could request a room on the base level because I had alot of things to carry from my car. The Indian staff asked if he could see all the things I had stored in my car, I don't know why that was necessary, but I thought he would be assisting me. He accused me of being a transient, and told me that I couldn't bring my things into the room. I made a reservation for 1 night. If you're Black don't go to this hotel in North Hollywood. I will be reporting this Super 8 to the proper authorities.
