Liked: Nothing, horrible service on SUPER 8 . Booking dot com phone numbers didn’t work either. The buttons to cancel or reschedule did not work that same day!
Disliked: I am a Dv victim and I needed a safe place to stay. I paid for the hotel in advance and the male receptionist said I needed a credit card or to pay an extra $200 payment. I just needed a safe place to stay. I NEVER GOT A REFUND BECAUSE THE BUTTONS WEREN’T WORKING. And I couldn’t reschedule my stay for the same reason. NOT ONE PERSON COULD MAKE AN EXCEPTION OR HELP ME. I really need the help and my money back. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I’ve used booking.com before and I have not had issues. SUPER 8 had horrible guest service . I asked the representative for help and he did nothing but say I have to figure it out.
