Very good

Good for a short stay

Liked: Room was clean, spacious, hot water, parking, a/c and breakfast. 15 min drive to Universal and it's in a safe area. I would stay here again :)

Disliked: The rooms are not soundproof.You can hear everything in the next rooms and outside.The person helping us to check in at night was very rude.They charge a lot as a deposit for incidentals.

Liked: Lots of parking. East to find. Allowed early check in with no fee Clean room. Friendly housekeeping
Disliked: Room had a strong plug in that caused eye irritation and a little nausea Fixed by unplugging it and airing out room

If this is what Wyndham...

Disliked: The hotel clerk was very rude. I wanted to borrow a stapler for just a minute to take to my room as my husband is handicapped. I was told I could not borrow one and then I’d have to walk to the market to get one. I had to have a stapler that evening so I put my husband in a wheelchair walked him to what the hotel clerk called a market. there was no stores there was an insurance company open. So they let me borrow a stapler so rude so disappointing.

Liked: Clean room. Clean bathroom. Nice body wash/shampoo/hand soap/etc. Overall, the room itself was good regarding cleanliness. Staff was friendly. Parking lot had a few parking spaces that were a little slim. But we found a spot that wasn't too bad.
Disliked: There was no lamp in the room. It was either almost full light or no light. For the cost, I would have appreciated a bigger night stand with a lamp.
