Pleasant

Liked: Looking for a budget room and that's what we got. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Front desk staff the night we checked in was very helpful/friendly.
Disliked: breakfast was the same every day and just straight carbs (bagels/toast/pancakes/cereal)

Liked: Ned was comfortable. Staff was nice & helpful.
Disliked: Had spiders. Side doors were not secure, would not lock. People could walk in.

Overall good experience except parking...

Liked: Close to shopping centers and Niagara Falls. Customer service was fantastic, morning snacks were perfect, and close to lots of food joints.
Disliked: Back parking was scary at night and back entrance had too many bugs when dark.
