I was a decent stay.

Liked: The room was decent but the floors were filthy! The tables desk nightstands were soiled! The tub casing had a crack in the shower wall, You have to ask for towel if you stay more than 3 days! Housekeeping could use a refresher course the room was located on the side were there incoming guests parking and the way they take out trash! Super loud and they was a big family of raccoons in the parking lot by the dumpsters in the parking lot for guest! Front desk clerk was a little odd? And unfriendly but on the good side it was located perfectly for what we did. Close to shopping lots of good eatery’s try Duffs wings there amazing! It’s literally down the road! The beds were comfortable and seemed clean it close to Niagara Falls and casino’s

Bare bones stay.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Run down. Very strong cleaning product smell. Loud yelling in hallway at 2am for a long time that was close to front desk and not stopped.

Liked: Staff gave us plenty of good information about getting around town, places to eat (which we tried and really enjoyed!), and very helpful. The property does look a little worn and could do with a bit of a refurb and clean but we would definitely stay again.

Liked: Nice, clean and The guy at the desk was very nice and professional. Would stay again
Disliked: Concerned that the latch on the door was broken. Not enough pillows. 3 pillows on a king.

Liked: It was close to all the shops and restaurants and easy to get to Niagara Falls!
Disliked: The breakfast options were limited

Overall it was a good...

Liked: The breakfast was ok, they could at least added some french toast sticks and boiled eggs.
Disliked: We had trouble with the keys opening the door, but the staff got it corrected.

Location was fine - but...

Liked: - Location was relatively convenient to get to Niagara Falls.
Disliked: - Room was unclean and smelt terribly of smoke- Rooms/hotel is so noisy, the walls are so thin so we could hear everything- The room was only stocked with 2 towels despite the room being booked for 3 people
