Liked: The staff at the hotel are extremely courteous and went out of their way to help customers solve any problems that they are facing during the stay eg. helped us store our luggages after check out time, printed out some documents needed for our travel, showed where to get drinking water and gave recommendations on local restaurants.

Liked: Close to the amenities and the outdoor pool was good.
Disliked: There was mold everywhere in the room, on the walls, on the pictures on the ceiling. The room smelled terrible. There were stains and burn holes in the bedding. The floor was so dirty our feet were black. When we said something we basically got “sorry, we’re renovating.”

It was pleasant and worth...

Liked: The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Niagara Falls and many nearby attractions, which made getting around super convenient. The receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming. He was very responsive to our needs and even gave us a helpful heads-up about the fireworks happening near the Falls.
Disliked: The inside pool was not functioning and outside pool was too cold.
