Awful Service Dirty Room

Liked: My husband is a commercial fisherman who stays out in the ocean for weeks at a time. When he comes in I make the drive from North Carolina with my service animal to Newport News when he comes in to port for a night or two. We have stayed several times at this location with my service animal and it was always clean and friendly. Not this time. We were charged for having our service animal , the check in took an extremely long time and the lady at the counter was so rude to us it made my husband and I so very upset with her eye rolling and slick talk. All we wanted to do was check in so we could rest . I had been trying to check in since 11 am it is now almost 5pm by the way . When we finally got into our room the floors had puddles of water under the desk and it was so awful I kept my service animal off the floor. I don’t believe we will ever be staying at this location again.
