Affordable, comfortable place to stay

Liked: The new owner is courteous and helpful. Everything from the exterior to the lobby/breakfast area to guest rooms were very clean and inviting. The breakfast equipment looked brand new. I'll stay there again.

We will not be returning....

Disliked: The front desk clerk announced our room out loud.He used a credit card on file without asking for a method of payment (I was planning to use a different card). The room was 60 degrees when we checked in and the heater didn't get it above 70 until four hours of running on high heat. The ceiling and walls were filthy.There was no coffee maker in the room.
