Would stay again without hesitation.

Liked: Value for money. Decent breakfast - cereal, toast, waffles, tea/coffee/juice.Secure parking behind gates.Nice pool. Efficient helpful staff. Iron, hairdryer,microwave,fridge. Everything you need really. And very clean. Cost $15 to $20 in uber to the centre of New Orleans. Cheaper than parking!
Disliked: It looks a little prison like along the balconies and there was someone smoking weed.

Disliked: They requested a deposit, which would have been fine except that they didn't give it back when we checked out! 4 days later and we still don't have it! Plus, my husband slipped and fell in the tub because they don't have non-slip tubs and when he reported it to them they just shrugged him off. Didn't even care.

Pleasant

Liked: The parking was good. It was gated.
Disliked: Our room had a fake window and lacked lighting. The bathroom had good lighting, but the rest of the room only had a table lamp connected to a wall switch. The other lighting included a lamp and two bedside lights. We got to breakfast late, but the milk seemed off and there wasn't really any food. Plus we could only get 4 oz of coffee from the included breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: Our family experienced a secure and pleasant stay at this hotel, which also offered excellent value. We recommend Room 208 for its exceptional features. The staff provided outstanding service and demonstrated exceptional courtesy. We stayed for three nights due to my wife's surgery at the university hospital. We highly recommend this hotel and anticipate a future return.
Disliked: The accommodations provided a comfortable experience. Furthermore, the entire room was well-appointed. The hotel offers gated parking and convenient access to the French Quarter, with proximity to the interstate.
