Never happened

Disliked: He had vehicle trouble on the way and never made it. The first night arrived the next day. To find my reservation had been canceled and yeah, no refund. Whatsoever did not stay there 1 minute and paid for 2 nights and no refund. That is so unfair, greedy greedy people
