Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Building in disrepair, room disgusting. Dirty towels, fecal matter splattered in toilet bowl, and dirty tub. An hour after check-in, I tried to find someone at the front desk to request a refund and return key, and not one was around. When I did finally find someone, she was rude and refused to refund me and told me to take it up with booking.com called booking.com they said it was the hotel who should refund me. Booking.com tried to contact the hotel, to which no one responded. I then went back to the front desk to try again and again front desk person nowhere to be found. The maintenance man was actually at the desk checking in someone. I expressed my concerns, and he said.. and I quote, " ya, I know, i work here and would not stay here. They don't really clean." I returned my key to him and left. I have contacted Super 8 by Wyndham corporate, booking.com, and hotel several times trying to get a refund. There has been no response from the hotel staff/manager.

Liked: Rooms are comfortable and clean the staff Julie, steph, and ms. Diana helpful and made sure are stay was comfortable and Brian was so helpful thank you for such a great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Liked: Room smelled like smoke l, cigarette burns in the blankets. I booked a non smoking room

Liked: It was dirty it smell bad they had to change my room three times very unsatisfactory
