It was ok .

Liked: It was easy to book with no prepayment or holds on my card . Staff was friendly upon arrival however at midnight I got cold & asked for an extra blanket . The owner was visibly upset that he was woken up & informed me that I better not have extra people in my room . I assured him it was my kids & I the same at check in & he could look if he wanted. I was highly offended at the accusation. Then he proceeded to ask me why was I cold , is the heat not working. I responded yes it is but I’m anemic & get really cold & didn’t want to make it to hot for my kids by jacking up the heat. He walked away. The next day I addressed an issue with the nights I was staying & that I was checking out on Sunday not Monday he said it’s not his issue that I need to call booking.com I said ok but you have my money on hold he told me not his problem I had to get my money from booking.com he was extremely rude & when asked for a new receipt to check out on Sunday he refused . My entire team with USA boxing checked out at the same time Sunday and they have cameras so there is proof. He again was very rude & if he doesn’t like being woke up at night to get blankets he should either hire extra help besides him & his wife or put blankets in the rooms. On a good note his wife was super friendly & she ran the small breakfast room very well. There were only two things to choose from but it was nice ! Biscuits & Gravy or Waffles with 3 different types of juice to choose from & Milk & Cereal .
Disliked: The owner being rude , the pool was dirty & has lime & mildew all around the edges , the spa was broken but still had dirty stench filled water in it , people were allowed to put a wedge in the door so they could come & go from outside making it cold & dangerous as anyone from the street could walk in , the refrigerator was off in my room upon arrival and smelled terrible, it took forever to get cold. They allowed way too many people in the pool Saturday night & there were kids running around in the pool area with no parents anywhere. Somebody had a dog that barked non stop as well.

Disliked: No carpet in the room just lament flooring.

Liked: Hotel clean and pleasant looking.. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast good.
Disliked: Walls very thin. Only saw staff when checking in. Unattended dog barking in room

Liked: Typical of the brand, but kept up very well, clean, and suitable for everyone.
Disliked: Cost a bit high for what it is...

Liked: Very nice area and comfortable!!
Disliked: Didn't know there was a deposit for bringing a bunny I had come to that area to get him neutered but cam there thinking my hotel room was included with pet service!! We were charged with a pet fee! Should be included the the hotel stay!! And check out time was 11 am and staff came and entered our room at 9 am! Not cool!
