Liked: Very accommodating. Upon arriving, I requested a ground floor room which they gave us. The air conditioner in the room didn't work properly, so they gave us another ground floor room within minutes. The staff was very friendly and we were pleased.
Disliked: The first room we were given had an air conditioner which wasn't blowing properly. The air flow was low, even when we set it to high. We reported it and were given another room within minutes. We were very happy with our service.
