Disappointed & very uncomfortable

Liked: The staff was nice &respectful though, he couldn't move me out of an uncomfortable place which was not suitable for me & my smoking allergies.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke and it had an unpleasant odor that made my headache and I felt like it was not clean & it made me feel very very uncomfortable. The door didn't seal properly and all the smells from the outside were in the room!
