Liked: The lady that worked front desk morning shift
Disliked: The lady on second shift kept charging my card after I paid the balance off. I paid for a room with a spa tub got to the location and nothing was said to us about not having a tub in the room. Their excuse was they was apparently both broken. The tv was a mortal hell to get to stay on and all the ladies said was the owner hasn’t paid the bill. I bought a oatmeal cream pie and the date was from 2012 told my youngin not to eat it

Liked: The only thing I liked about the property was the staff, they were nice
Disliked: There are a few things I didn’t like about the property. There was nowhere to park our truck we had to make a space, I reserved a king room and was given a room with two full beds, the bathroom was super small, the floor was wet and it’s a spot I walked over and felt like I could fall through it, and my room smelled like cigarette smoke it was very strong.

Liked: The manager was helpful the morning of checkout. The location was fine. The room was clean.
Disliked: I checked in around 7 pm-ish. The lady clerk was not very friendly but gave me a convenient room, the first around a short way from the desk. At 11:10 pm, I was already in bed when I heard pushing and rattling on my door. As I attempted to hold the door & lock, the 2 non-English speakers tried to get into my room, pushing and banging on the door. Using my cell phone, I called the front desk & was met with all kinds of excuses - even though this location has NO ELEVATOR & the STEPS ARE DIRECT VIEW OF THE DESK, the clerk did not see or alert them that they were on the wrong floor and trying to get in the wrong room!!! The room was in easy sight & sound of the desk. The clerk made multiple excuses and even said I must not have been too scared because I didn't call faster!!! I have NEVER been so frightened at a hotel & was made to feel stupid by the clerk who was so defensive when he should have just taken care of the problem. The next morning, I relayed the event to the manager, who was apologetic and very kind. Although she offered to comp a room my next trip through town, I will not go back.

Low rates, you get what...

Liked: Low room rates, good location.
Disliked: It looked like a 70's living room had vomited on the bed spread and there was no breakfast out, had to ask for juice machine to be turned on.
