DO NOT STAY AT SUPER...

Disliked: The Staff said my original payment through Bookings.com was declined So I had to pay there He said he had to cancel my bookings.com reservation and make a new one. I was charged twice for 1 room. The next morning when I asked for a receipt I was told the internet is down and to leave my contact information. The room was horrible and did not even have a knob on the tub to adjust the water temp I was told I had to wait until 8am for someone to come fix it (I was on the road by 8 am I could not wait) The guy was rude and walked away from me several times while I was trying to talk to him. it is now 5 days later and I am still trying to dispute the extra charge. They are canceling my reservations to try and say I did not stay there. I will NEVER stay a a SUPER 8 and I will avoid any contact with people like him!!!

Disliked: There were bedbugs in the bed the bathtub had hair and crud in it the wall by the bed looked like someone peed on it and behind the bathroom door

Disliked: It looks like no one clean the A/C unit filter for a long time.The shower drain is bad.

Would recommend stay if only...

Liked: Remodeled room, quiet
Disliked: They pulled breakfast at 9am, if you would even call that breakfast. They are in the middle of remodel which I understand but there was garbage everywhere. Dangerous if small children were traveling. Room wasn't as described . Staff wasn't very nice
