Liked: It was convenient and close to stores and restaurants

Too expensive for what you...

Liked: Good location, new television, nice sized refrigerator, and good working microwave.
Disliked: The place smelled like Goodwill clothes…way too much disinfectant, but this is probably due to the clientele that roam the halls and parking lot of this establishment. I ended up burning candles to offset the smell, but it was still noticeable.

Liked: The room was absolutely disgusting. Hair on the bed, big pee? stains on the sheets/mattress pad. When we wanted a refund we had to call customer service through booking for them to approve the refund before super 8 would return my money. And the associate at super 8 just went back into the room, fixed the sheets on the bed (as we pulled the bed apart to check it before we brought our stuff in) and then he put someone else in the same room! My daughter watched him do it from outside as I was on the phone with customer service! That is uncalled for! Do not stay at this place. The main areas even were filthy. The bathroom downstairs was disgusting. Food still all over the breakfast area. (We checked in at 9pm!)

Liked: Easy to get to the hospital. Before when we stayed there, it was clean and clerk was friendly. This time the clerk was not friendly.
Disliked: The sheets were showing wear and didn’t look clean. The clerk wasn’t friendly like the man before. I was charged because the cover on the bed had dog hair, this was a 100 cleaning fee. I was charged the 10 pet fee like before, no problem. But this time I was charged the 100 fee. When I questioned the clerk he got very hateful. When I said I was going to contact Booking.com, she said I could contact anyone I wanted. Needless to say I won’t be staying there again.

Disliked: Over charged me just me and my son stayed over night and my 4 other kids visited and my son had his dog only stay 3 nights not 7 is what they charged me 140 dollars over charged those 3 days is the only time he could stay with his dog
