OK for a place just...

Liked: The staff was very professional and courteous at all hours. Everyone deserves two thumbs up. Special commendation to Tracy, who went above and beyond the call of duty to provide me with towels, coffee packets, and other small amenities that got neglected during my stay. One of my college jobs was Desk Clerk at Econo-Lodge in Oteen, NC...so I am very aware of the challenges that occasionally tax the patience and manners of motel employees. Tracy was especially friendly and gracious.....but no one that I encountered can be criticized.
Disliked: 1. The housekeepers did not replace towels unless asked....even though I was there for five nights. 2. The TV Channel Guide in the room has absolutely no resemblance to the actual TV channels on the system. I could not connect my personal ONN streaming device to the house wifi because of snafus in the log-in system. And I had to frequently re-connect my phone and laptop for no good reason. The cable system and the wifi system are really ridiculously sub-standard, second-rate, and inadequate. 3. The room was billed as non-smoking, but the odor of dope and vape was noticeable every time I entered the room for the first three days. Then I got a can of air freshener and liberally sprayed a couple of times a day. It was still there....never overpowering, but I was aware of it. 4. I paid for a non-smoking room, and other "smoking" rooms were available at a lower price.....but your system compelled me to sign a disclaimer that the entire facility was "Non-smoking." If that's the case, and I had a room that obviously had been smoked in prior to my arrival, you should refund me the difference for the room for each of my five days.....plus a penalty for inconvenience and aggravation caused by your failure to properly enforce the policy.

Good except for double billing.

Disliked: Billed me for two nights instead of one. I need a refund.

Liked: Check in was easy they were accommodating getting in
Disliked: Wanted to extend my stay at night they wanted to charge me almost double for the same room won't let me use my $100 deposit that I had to put down on said room to extend another night and not going to give me the deposit back for three to four days so now I'm stuck homeless for a night all because they can't apply the deposit from one night to the next which I find extremely hard to believe and extremely hard to believe that they need to charge me that much more for the same room on a weekday as what they're trying to charge
