Wonderful Stay - Great Value!

Liked: My service dog Brady and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were warmly greeted by Emily upon our arrival, who ensured our check-in was as seamless as could be. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel from that point forward was wonderful. Our room was exactly as it appeared on Booking.com. We visited during a heat wave so AC was super important - and ours worked flawlessly! Our room was clean, had lots of drawer space and the fridge and microwave worked like a charm. Both the hot water in the shower and water pressure were abundant. We were shocked when our room was straightened up and towels were refreshed almost every day! Our other absolute must-have is a working ice machine - and this hotel delivered! We also found the grounds safe at night for walking - which is important when you have a 100+ lb dog! We will definitely stay here again - Until next time! Thanks again!

Disliked: Nothing updated in decades. Poorly maintained building. Night desk person parked in handicapped spot (not handicapped) and told us to move my wife’s car (who IS handicapped) because we parked in an empty space. Asked for extra towels. Wouldn’t give me any. Stench of pot prevalent. - homeless people staying here.

Horrible will not stay here...

Disliked: The breakfast was non existent with only bagel and yogurt and bannas no juice or milk or cereal or anything. The water was cold The room was not up to standard The staff acted like it was bother to get help or ask questions
