Disliked: At check in we were told that the booking.com price did not include the 100.00 damage deposit. I know for a fact that the quote was 100.00 less when I booked and it clearly stated that the final quote included the damage deposit. So we paid the damage deposit in cash and paid 100.00 more for our stay than planned. The property is not upkept. The room we stayed in had a broken pane in the double pane window. We let them know as we didn’t want to be charged for it. They said they knew about it. The phone in the room did not work. I did receive a text saying to reply to the message with any needs during our stay. The rail on the wall by the stairs is not secured properly. When we got to our room there was debris on the floor as you entered. When reported they did eventually sent someone to clean it and we were told that maintenance had been changing out the card sensors and must of left the debris. We left for the parades almost immediately but when we returned that evening I noticed that there were not any towels or wash cloths in the room. Since the phone didn’t work I replied to the text I’d gotten to let them know. We waited and never got a response so went to front desk to let them know. They asked if we were a stay over. Once we told them no we had checked in that day they said they’d send someone with towels. They did. Finally there was some sort of alarm that was consistently going off during our stay at all hours. The only time we did not hear it was the day we checked out.
