I will never stay at...

Liked: Below Average hotel
Disliked: I did not have a good experience with Hotel check-in. I made a booking for three adults and one 17-year-old for June 14 to June 16, 2025; when I arrived at the hotel for check-in, they requested an ID for all family members, including those under 18, which I had never encountered at any other hotel in Canada or the US before. Still, the staff insisted that she could not check in until I had provided IDs for all adults and a minor. We had three IDs available at the time of check-in, but not for the 17-year-old. After a conversation with the staff, she allowed us to check in with our IDs and wrote down the name of the 17-year-old.Additionally, they made photocopies of our IDs, which is an unusual request from the staff. I hope they adhere to Canadian privacy laws. I wasn't comfortable staying there, but They would not cancel our booking at that time. I stayed there for two nights and have cancelled my booking from June 19, 2025, to June 24, 2025. I will never stay at this hotel again.
