Liked: Subject: Claim for Unjustified Additional Charge – Reservation Confirmation Dear Sirs,I would like to file a claim regarding a reservation made through Booking.com at the Super 8 by Wyndham Milwaukee Airport, for two rooms for four adults, confirmation number for a stay from May 25-27, 2025.The reservation was confirmed and fully paid in advance, for a value of USD 270.58, as shown on the Booking.com voucher issued on May 17, 2025.However, upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked for a credit card as a guarantee, which I provided. Upon receiving my credit card statement, I note with concern an additional charge from SUPER 8 MOTELS in the amount of USD 114.75, dated May 25, 2025, which was not reported, explained, or justified to me during my stay.This charge exceeds the amount established in the final confirmed rate, resulting in a total billed amount of USD 385.33, much higher than the final price indicated at the time of booking.I respectfully request:Detailed justification for the additional charge.If it is not a valid charge, immediate refund of the excess amount will be issued.I attach a copy of the reservation confirmation and look forward to a prompt response from your team.Sincerely

Nice bed, room was passable...

Liked: Location was fine.
Disliked: No continental breakfast or coffee in room as advertised. The fridge in the room made a high pitched noise that game my wife a headache. Fridge was unplugged by staff since we did not have anything in there but wonder what solution would have been if we had items for refrigeration.

Liked: It was OK for one night Stayed twice second time just getting too old and rundown pillows mattresses the blankets really kind of old and crusty TV is confusing. Could use an update …. I’m talking about thorough cleaning and remodeling but I guess that’s what you get for the price needs big-time update deep cleaning i’m going to stay somewhere a little better with better blankets mattresses pillows! Sorry

Liked: Reception staff was excellent.
Disliked: VERY dim room. For a room that large, one floor lamp and one table lamp were not sufficient; entryway was totally in darkness. Also: No"continental breakfast," as enountered at three other Super 8 facilities on this trip.

Disliked: The tv was terrible and the WiFi wasn’t working at all. They have a continental breakfast area but all they offer is a bag of food including a muffin, yogurt, & a juicy juice box.

Liked: I appreciate it any kind of like this at the time of the morning that I needed to leave, so it was fine. It was a chocolate muffin that was delicious as well as a yogurt and a juice. The only thing I would have added would have been a spoon, but since everything else was so good, this really is not a complaint and was probably just an oversight. I particularly appreciated the person who was on duty both when I checked in and when I checked out...the same person. He was very professional and personable, a great combination! He also was able to answer all of my questions. If I ever need a motel close to the Milwaukee Airport again, I definitely will be using this location!
