When we first got there...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: When we first got there we had to wait over 30 min for the guy to come back to check us in. When he finally got back he said he would ask dealing with an issue because a previous guest stole all the cords out of the AC unit. After giving us the room we went to the room walked in and we're hit in the face with the worst smell of mold imaginable. The walls were falling apart and wet the fridge was unplugged and so was the microwave because it couldn't be plugged in due to all the water damage. We went back to the office where he said he could take us to a different hotel the miami suits at no extra charge. So we followed him there the lady there gave us a room it definitely was not much better. Our first night around 3:30 am someone pulled the fire alarm we were stuck outside for over an hour waiting for the fire department. There was no breakfast like they claimed there was. We ended up leaving a day early and not getting reimbursed this whole trip was terrible and I would never ever stay at another super 8 property

Liked: Nothing. Staff was rude. The hotel was filthy. Don't recommend at all.

Did not stay, the hotel...

Disliked: I had a reservation. I pre-paid on Booking.com. The hotel was hard to find--no street lights or lighted signage on anywhere. When we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk said the room was already taken. He said it was first-come, first-serve. I mentioned I had a reservation, a confirmation number, a receipt, screenshots, and I mentioned an arrival time. He couldn't help except for a picture for another "sister" hotel 4 miles away that might be an option for us. We ended up driving overnight to our destination.

Unpleasant

Liked: Air worked.
Disliked: No direction to location. No plastic ware to eat with but sold dry food. No breakfast. Only 1 pillow provided. Towels were thin like a cheese cloth. Room smelled very bad. Very run down and dirty. Trash everywhere outside, stray cats and numerous families live there. Kids running around with no parents going door to door trying to sell rocks from a rock bed that the stray cats crap in. Washer leaked water all over the laundry room floor. Told maintenance, who was drunk and currently drinking a beer. He said it was fine and left it. Glass door to the ice machine room was broken. Junk cars with flat tires in parking lot, junk on patios, over grown grass and weeds everywhere. If I looked at location before booking, I would have not stayed. My booking was non refundable. DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed at nicer hotels for the price I paid here.

Liked: The size and simplicity of the room
Disliked: The door latch didn’t work. That bothered me with having kids
