Exceptional

Liked: We arrived late, were able to cover checked in quickly and got right to sleep. And were able to get out quickly in the morning. Everyone was so polite!
Disliked: My bathroom door was extremely dirty. It had stuff splashed on it. But the rest of the room was very clean and no issues. Just seemed they forgot to wipe the door down.

Average stay at an average...

Liked: The bed and the shower were excellent.Wi-Fi good.
Disliked: Due to the proximity of the freeway, it was not possible to sleep with the window open.There were a couple of functional issues, which I needed to inform the management about to have rectified.

Liked: Nothing I could eat on a WE diet. The available items were minimal
Disliked: Staff friendliness and help as they couldn’t find where booking.com had paid so I had to pay sgain

Good location, less expensive than...

Liked: The location is convenient - off the main drag but with plenty of informal dining options within walking distance - a plus.
Disliked: There could have been a tv channel guide - we couldn't figure out how to get even standard channels. The breakfast was ordinary and they ran out of food on day 1.

Good for an overnight bud...

Disliked: Beds too soft

Disliked: We had requested a Ground. Floor room because of my disabled wife weeks before our arrival. Only to find Upton check in, that the only room available to us was on the second level.
