Disliked: We had requested a Ground. Floor room because of my disabled wife weeks before our arrival. Only to find Upton check in, that the only room available to us was on the second level.

Other than the older dude...

Disliked: The dude from the custodian crew older in his 50 or 60s open the door before time for us to leave and told us it’s time to leave. I did not like that. I was very upset by that we were out by noon after asking for a later check out I don’t feel like he should have the authority to open the door 30 minutes before beforehand.

Liked: I did not get up in time to have breakfast in your lobby area. I did like that you were located right next door to Bob Evans, where I ate a nice breakfast that fit my dietary needs. I thought the area inside the handicap room was very good for someone with a wheelchair (bathroom and bed area) I liked that you had a mini fridge, microwave and hot water/coffee maker in the room. This made it convenient for me to keep my insulin cold and make tea in the morningThe room was clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. Also the property felt safe as you needed a key to get into the building from the outside without going through the lobby. also the lobby was staffed 24/7 so anyone coming in was seen by the staff
Disliked: the room was not lit in all areas (at the entrance, in the shower area) could have been better. The door handle was not properly seated and made it tricky to open the door, but once I told the desk, they addressed it promptly
