Clean rooms, very dead area...

Liked: It was EMPTY, like we were the only ones there for two out of three nights, so that’s good.
Disliked: The owner is awful, charged us 30$ for having kids, even though on their website it says kids under 17 are free? He’s a shyster for sure. The lady that the desk is very soft spoken but extremely kind and accommodating.

Disliked: Stayed 2 nights. Woke up 2nd morning with 3 bites on my arm. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, light bulbs burned out, one coffee packet, no hair dryer, dirty walls, shower head dirty. Only hotel in melrose.
