Liked: For breakfast, you had to heat up sandwiches that were placed in the fridge yourself using a microwave. There were hot drink options like tea and coffee, but the only tea available was English breakfast tea. The breakfast selection was limited. The hotel was in an easily accessible location.The hotel had sufficient parking space.The front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: Due to its proximity to the railway, we kept waking up during the night in the first few days because the trains constantly sounded their horns near the level crossing. We eventually got used to the noise. Apparently, because of various train-related accidents involving people and vehicles in the area, the trains have started using their horns continuously as a safety measure.The water flow in the shower was weak, and the faucet used to turn the water on and off was very difficult to operate. Due to an incorrect slope in the marble around the sink area, water constantly pooled where the soap was placed, which was not hygienic. The ventilation fan in the bathroom ceiling either wasn’t working or was simply an open air vent with no active airflow.There was also a visually unpleasant issue in the ceiling area at the entrance to the central part of the hotel. The ceiling covering appeared to be damaged, possibly due to air conditioning leaks or rainwater from the roof. This area clearly needed repair and repainting.
