Liked: The facility was somewhat updated but it was obvious that it was old. Very few amenities and no elevators. The room was pleasant and clean.
Disliked: I travel quite often and have never been treated so rudely by the Assistant Manager (Kim Barton). At checkout I requested a receipt detailing my stay, and she informed me that there's was no way to get one, and that I would have to contact Booking.com. After an escalated discussion and my insisting that I receive something, she "threw" a copy of what I signed at check in. I asked for the Manager and she said that he was not available. Absolutely horrible customer service..!!
