Dirty, smelly and needs some...

Liked: The only reason you might book this place is the price. You get what you pay for. It was cheaper than other properties in Medicine Hat but there is a reason for it. No one would ever stay here except to save money.
Disliked: This property needs major updates. Obviously at one point there was smoking allowed and that musty smell is still lingering. The sheets are almost see through. The tile in the shower is old and dirty and the tile in the bathroom needs a major cleaning. The bathroom fan was so dirty that I don't think it even served a purpose. The only good thing about the room is that it didn't have carpet. Thank God.

Excellent stay and great price....

Liked: Room was nice looking - well cleaned and in good shape. There was a small two person table, which was a great thing to have for our stay! The breakfast room was lovely as well. Even though it was just the continental style of breakfast offerings, we enjoyed the food and had enough selection.
Disliked: While the pool and hot tub were both decent, the signage in this area wasn't in good shape; words flaking off and couldn't read anything on the sign.

Rough hotel in need of...

Liked: Location and proximity to restaurants
Disliked: Very aged, beat up, and in need of a serious make over.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: We had ants in the bathroom and the room.When we asked to switch the rooms the guy at the lobby said they are fully booked. They ended up sending someone spraying the baseboards.. We didn’t want to risk bringing ants back home so we had to bring all of our stuff back to the car

Disliked: rum we were in in the building in the back needs major cleaup. Baseboard heaters are dirty and falling off the walls. It looked outdated and dirty. We understand, that it is what you pay for, but it shouldn't be dirty.
