Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: rum we were in in the building in the back needs major cleaup. Baseboard heaters are dirty and falling off the walls. It looked outdated and dirty. We understand, that it is what you pay for, but it shouldn't be dirty.

It was a good stay...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Fruits coffee toast.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: The beds were hard, the pillows were gross and the A/C wasn’t working properly and it was so hot in the room.

Liked: excellent updates prior to arrival First person that checked us in was very friendly and at the time I thought helpful we asked if we could pay for a late check out he said we could do 1pm but cost was $20.00 no problem. There was problems with the machine for visa so he said he would process manually. great I thought. I went to work at 8 hoping to be done for our normal check out at 11 but glad I paid extra if needed which it was I didn't get back to the room until 1145 to find a gentleman from the office as was quite rude with my sister she tried to explain but he would not listen. When I went to speak to him he said the 20 was not on the bill and the order person was new and didn't know what he was doing. I explained I agreed to pay but he said it wasn't paid how would I have known as my card had to be processed manually and it was very busy when we checked in. He told me we would have to pay 1/2 day for late check out and since I have received message my card will be charged another 85 dollars for late check out when we were out by 12 pm
Disliked: Conflict resolution is very one sided I don't blame the first person, he is new, but should be supervised by management so when these things happen they can be brought to customers attention so the can make arrangement other than late check out for 20 dollars. If I would have know I could have loaded the suitcases early this morning and had my 82 year old sister sit in the lobby with the dog until I arrive.

For the price, comfortable enough...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. We were in the daylight basement level. Bedding and towels were noticeably clean. Check in and out was easy. Cars were parked facing our room with their lights on and talking. Irritating but didn’t last long. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: Did not like being on the lowest level.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything
Disliked: Getting to the pool is hard as it has many stairs and is an issue for someone who has mobility issues
