Liked: Staff member allowed us to change to a slightly more acceptable room, that was the only good thing.
Disliked: The rooms aren't clean or comfortable. Here we go... The linens are stiff and old, the air-conditioners are old with stale smells, drug use is obviously being done, smell of drugs in smoke free place, dry blood in the wonky elevator, no actual breakfast just snacks and coffee. The photos here are old or fake, and not a true depiction of this place. The staff are nice, that's about all.

Liked: Beds were okay— should have blankets offered
Disliked: Rooms smelled bad— had to switch rooms. Walls were not clean. False advertisement about breakfast— no food at all, only coffee or juice. Pool was dirty— wasn’t anywhere for kids to play.
