Not good

Liked: I liked being able to check in at 3 pm and it was clean
Disliked: I didn't like that it asked me if I wanted smoking or non smoking and I got there and was given a non smoking room. I get in my room and the refrigerator made this loud noise like someone was hitting the wall ..I also didn't like how it said breakfast included and there was no breakfast. My room was clean but the comforter had ciggarette burns in it. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and didn't make me feel welcomed

Liked: Staff was AMAZING! Clean room! Comfy bed! Satisfied with the coffee and pastry we received for breakfast! Perfect send off to travel back home.The fact that they cared about our safety meant a lot! I was on a special trip with my grandchild and feeling safe is a priority. We didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who checked us in, we checked out with Ricky and both were kind and respectful!!
