Comfortable stay ruined by unfortunate...

Liked: It was ok, what I expected for the price. Comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: It was kind of dirty but acceptable. Breakfast was minimal but free so you get what you pay for. Worst thing about the stay was caused by these giant 5ft by 5ft (if not larger) photos over the head of each bed, cool, until they fall on you out of no place. There was no damage to the photo or us, it just had a loose screw and it fell. We were not mad when it happened so I wanted to wait till checkout the next morning to explain. The next morning as I was trying to explain another customer came to the counter behind me and got the employees attention. Maybe I miss read the situation but I felt like I was being ignored for in the moment, or there may have been a language barrier, I’m not sure, so I left. Next thing I know I receive an email showing a $150 charge for “Room Damage” noting the picture. So I’m getting charged for something I didn’t even do. It’s outrageous. We had already left the area so I couldn’t even talk to them, again. I’ll be contacting Super 8 over this. Won’t stay at that location again.

Liked: Ok its almost impossible to contact you. I did not stay but it was my doing I was charged for a room that was not available it was agreed by everyone I would not be charged anything but it still shows my transaction to pending an I cannot get my money back it has-been 15 days someone really needs to contact me again we have already discussed this matter I am on fixed income I need my money

Nice stay!

Liked: The staff were all very nice and helpful! Got in late and they were both there in the morning still at checkout with a positive attitude! The bathroom in my room was very nice and looked recently updated.
Disliked: Sheets were thin and a little itchy, not too bad for a quick one night stop! Had a little difficulty parking near the door that was closest to our room, but it could’ve just been because it was on the weekend and packed.
