Needs some spiffing up

Liked: Easy to find off I- 57. Room was clean
Disliked: The facility needs updates. Mattresses were broke down and uncomfortable. Bedding and linens were thin and worn. Tub faucet handle fell off in my hand as I was turning it on( I replaced it to shower). A man was yelling obscenities outside of the room window around midnight( window was ground level with parking lot). The hallway to the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. When checking in, I signed not to smoke in the facility...yet I see the desk staff smoking outside . Not the worst place I've ever stayed but unfortunately we won't give it another try

You can spend a lot of $$$ or stay here. Dont be a Karen and complain.

Liked: Affordable! Big deal for me personally. It was clean, beds comfortable, room temperature easy to control. Staff was courteous. Plenty of towels. Im sure the folks that run this place are immigrants and do their best to make Americans comfy. They probably grew up in a different culture and they are proud of this hotel, its probably a quality place in their experiences. Id stay again!!
Disliked: Nothing, for the price you get everything you need.

Exceptional

Liked: Considering how close it was to a busy road, it was very quiet. Breakfast was standard motel fare. Clean comfortable room. Would stay here again.

Not happy with staff

Disliked: Staff was rude. We told one of the employees the day before we were doing late check out then the next morning they were banging on the door at 11 telling us it is time to leave. We told the person at the door we told the person day before of late check out. They told us you only have 15-20 to get ready and leave. Then called the phone in the room telling us to leave. We hurried up and got ready to leave we were out by 11:34 still telling us have to check out at 11 but the guy the day before told us we could check out at 12. Also bathroom had a watery mold smell.
