you get what you pay...

Liked: very convenient to the college; very fair price
Disliked: air conditioner was not cooling room so made stay uncomfortablefloors had duct tape on themchairs in room were peeling and looked dated/oldwould prefer carpet on floors rather than hardwoodbreakfast not provided as stated

This stay was enough to...

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and super-friendly! Towels and bedding were clean.
Disliked: Our guest room floor was repaired in two spots with duct tape, and some of the molding was missing in the bathroom. The room also had a musty smell to it. Additionally, we killed a cockroach in the bathroom the morning of our departure.

Was ok for a weekend...

Liked: Breakfast was a muffin or roll
Disliked: Softer bed.

Dingy, not clean and seemed...

Disliked: Deep cleaned and updated.

Comfortable beds, but don’t expect...

Liked: Coffee was good.
Disliked: Run down, no view. Breakfast was nonexistent. It is coffee and a donut. They would only bring out a few donuts at a time. That’s it! Come on, when your website says good breakfast this is not acceptable!

Very good

Liked: This was a great place to stay for a night. The staff were very friendly and checking in was easy. The room and sheets were clean and the water pressure was great!
Disliked: The fact that you can't use the back doors (they are alarmed) was a little annoying as our room was closer to the other end.

good all in all.
