Disappointing!

Liked: All that was available was waffles and cereal. Then, there was NO syrup and when I asked they said the manager forgot to order. I asked if someone could run to the store and get some. This was met by a glare like "are you kidding me?" Rediculous! The next day, same story!
Disliked: Employees wouldn't even look up to communicate. AC didn't work right. And, as mentioned, few choices for breakfast and then no syrup!

Disliked: I booked a room online about four hours before check-in, but when I arrived, the reservation wasn’t showing up in their system. I tried calling both this website’s customer service and Super 8’s, but couldn’t get any real help. The front desk staff initially told me there was nothing they could do, even though I had booked the hotel through them and confirmed that the site was legitimate.Eventually, they did find the reservation, but I never received any kind of apology or acknowledgment that the system error was on their end. They gave me the very last room available, which was at the farthest end of the top floor — not a huge issue for me personally, but it felt like an afterthought, especially given the mix-up.I stayed calm and understanding throughout the situation, but it was frustrating that I was nearly turned away for something that wasn’t my fault. The hotel itself is fine for a quick stay — not terrible, but nothing special. It’s one of the more affordable options in Manhattan, so just be aware of what to expect in terms of service.

Liked: Check in was very easy, people was very friendly. And the bed was comfortable. And the people had the ac on so the room was cool when we got there. Very much appreciated
Disliked: No elevator was surprising. And just needed updated. But it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and ac worked great.

Disliked: The TV didn't work the fridge had food left in the manager kept my deposit over makeup on a towel and claimed the smoke alarm was going off because the light was blinking they kept my deposit and tried to charge my card 200 dollars I would not recommend this location
