Very clean hotel, kinda older...

Liked: Check in was very easy, people was very friendly. And the bed was comfortable. And the people had the ac on so the room was cool when we got there. Very much appreciated
Disliked: No elevator was surprising. And just needed updated. But it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and ac worked great.

Disliked: The TV didn't work the fridge had food left in the manager kept my deposit over makeup on a towel and claimed the smoke alarm was going off because the light was blinking they kept my deposit and tried to charge my card 200 dollars I would not recommend this location

Disliked: Unhygienic conditions: The bed linen was visibly used and stained. This is inexcusable in any hotel — especially for guests with infants.•No hot water: I waited over 15 minutes for hot water, which never came. This is a basic necessity, particularly when traveling with a small child.•Mold in the bathroom: Dangerous and completely unacceptable.•Filthy environment: The entire room and the bathroom labeled “Savannah” were extremely dirty and unfit for guests.•Rusted and worn-out hangers: Even the basic amenities were in terrible condition — hangers were rusty, chipped, and unusable.•Zero sound insulation: I could hear every step and movement from the guests above me. There is absolutely no soundproofing between floors, which made it impossible to rest.•Construction noise at 6 a.m.: Loud construction work started outside my window at 6:00 a.m., just 90 minutes after I finally fell asleep at 4:30 a.m. This left me exhausted and dangerously sleep-deprived, which is completely unsafe, especially as I had to drive long distances afterward.•Rude and dismissive staff: The front desk staff showed no concern, empathy, or willingness to assist in any way.•No elevator or disability access: Most alarmingly, there was no elevator, and no accommodations for people with mobility issues. This crucial information was not disclosed during the booking process. As a result, I was forced to carry a stroller, my baby, and my luggage up the stairs by myself. No one offered to help. This is not only physically dangerous, but also a serious accessibility violation. It must be clearly indicated that this property does not provide access for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.
