Liked: I had booked my room ahead of time, I was short of money because of my dog. They were going to charge me $25. I said I will take him to my friends house, she said I already know you have a dog. I asked for a refund she said no. You pay the $25 or your going to have to leave, and she was going to move us to the third floor because of a dog. I don't do steps very well. I would at least get my money back or you won't ever see me at this motel again. I will tell everyone not to go to Super 8 at all.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The guy at the front desk kicked us out and called the police while on some sort of power trip after being extremely rude. It was honestly a gift to not have to stay there an extra night because there was basically no breakfast, there were bugs in the room, and stains on the sheets and what looked like mold on the bathroom walls. It’s obvious that whoever’s in charge around there really doesn’t care about it at all.

Liked: Reported bed bugs in hotel. Been trying for weeks to get refund but booking.com is not following through on my request and apparently the owner can just ignore requests and nothing is done for the customer. It took 4 room changes and an additional cleaning before it was bearable to stay in. This place is the poster child for bad hotels
Disliked: The bed bugs. The hair on the "cleaner oomph sheets. The visi b le white dried gunk on the comforter. The rudeness of the staff

Disliked: It was dirty paid more for a first poor room and was on the second floor.

Disliked: No A/C. On lobby and cafeteria

Affordable, but Poorly Maintained

Liked: Front desk was friendly. Location is great and the rate was affordable. Refrigerator / freezer worked well. WiFi worked with only a couple lags & disconnects.
Disliked: the room (221) was damp and smelled musty - front desk gave me a can of room freshener to help with the smell. I had to wash everything after staying even my bag due to the dampness and the smell. My hair smelled musty after sleeping [on the bed / pillows]. We wore shoes in the room because the carpet was “sticky”. Bathroom was gross (see photos).
