Not the best experience if...

Liked: Easy access to the property.
Disliked: The entire floor smelled like marijuana really bad it was even going in my room. My room only had a half roll of TP for a 2 night stay and when I went to look for a person at the front desk several times there was nobody around. I had no ice bucket or cups in my room for water.

Good accommodation at a reasonable...

Liked: The location was very good with several eating options within short walk. Breakfast which was included was also good.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Very poor

Liked: Location and decor of room.
Disliked: Gave us the wrong room. it should have been handicap accessible. I agreed to a bath chair, but they couldn't find one. It took two days and finally they sent someone to buy one.No closet, no bars to hold in shower. The refrigerator was stuck on high, frozen everything. We told them I am on insulin and it could not be frozen. They just gave us a blank stare. NO MAID SERVICE FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! We told them the trash was full, and they handed us a garbage bag to do it ourselves. If you needed towels, we had to ask the front desk and take them to our room. The TV was supposed to have cable, and we could only get 8 channels. News and spanish. On the last day, we finally were able to get local channels.The "breakfast" was VERY LIMITED! Over $700 was too much money for this place.DO BETTER SUPER 8!

Bad place and needs serious...

Liked: We liked nothing at this location at all
Disliked: The first room was nasty stains on mattresses bed covers with holes etc just totally unacceptable. Elevator completely dirty. I use to rate hotels by going as secret shopper and this one would have never passed. The clerk when I complained showed me a totally different room on another floor that was better but far from nice. We didn’t have another hotel to choose from because they were all booked. I stayed in some very nice super 8’s in the past and also rated a few. And the best ones or nicest ones were in Waterloo Illinois about 10 years ago and Branson were the two best ever. This one certainly needs a lot of work and mattresses are very old. needed dadly
