Liked: The water pressure was great and room was large
Disliked: The TV channels was fuzziness The room was not warm enough and heating only came on onceThe bed was very lumpy and nit firm enough

Liked: Staff was very nice and friendly, front desk attendant even came to my room to help me heat food for my grand babies since there was no microwave in the room.
Disliked: No microwave in room and I was traveling with my grand babies so we couldn't heat or sterilize bottles in the room. Had to travel to the front office which was a total pain.

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: Each time we have booked there it's the same room and I request a different room.prior to check in. The water pressure sucks, the toilet slow drains, the TV is fuzzy with only 5 channels available to view not even local news but news from.Grand Rapids over given this place multiple changes and it hasn't changed its ridiculous This place has gone down over the years and they tried to bill 2 of my credit cards after I clarified which card to use.

Convenient but run down.

Liked: We chose this place for its location for hours driven on our way to the Gulf Coast.
Disliked: Run down. Day staff a little grumpy. Lots of road noise.
