Very disappointed. Room smelled stale.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Room was clean but had a horrible stale smell.

The clerk refused to give me an invoice for the cost of the room, although it was my money that had purchased it. The room was very small and stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke although we had requested (and were given) an non-smoking room.

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Quality of room

Not a great experience. Will...

Liked: When I arrived there was a very strong smell of spray sorta like febreeze. When we left for dinner and returned there was a very strong smell of cat pee. I asked the front desk if my room was a pet friendly room and they told me it was not I have a cat allergy and it was causing my allergies to go crazy. I could not get another room until the next day to which I decided not to take in case the next room was even worse. Me and my family went to breakfast another morning and there was a very rude drunk lady at breakfast who said while walking passed my children “don’t let your children get fat”. We used the swimming pool which is shared by a swimming school. They have many toys there for the “paying swim students” so they took a small rubber toy from my daughter who was too young to understand. While we tried to swim with our kids we were pretty much cornered to one side of the pool because we kept getting eye rolls and dirty looks from the instructors. It’s safe to say I will not be returning.
