The clerk refused to give me an invoice for the cost of the room, although it was my money that had purchased it. The room was very small and stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke although we had requested (and were given) an non-smoking room.

Overall pleasant and very clean.

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised - the room was spotless and I loved that they had no carpet but rather laminate. So much less gross than carpet. The breakfast room was really clean and nice and surprisingly, traffic on MacLeod quieted down after midnight. So we actually slept pretty well and the beds were comfy.
Disliked: Only downside was that light seeped around the edges of the blinds because there were no drapes - the outside light stayed on so it was not entirely dark in the room.
