Very disappointed. Room smelled stale.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Room was clean but had a horrible stale smell.

The clerk refused to give me an invoice for the cost of the room, although it was my money that had purchased it. The room was very small and stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke although we had requested (and were given) an non-smoking room.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating when needed
Disliked: The parking wasn’t good. Had to park on the street due to the horrible way people were parking in the parking lot. Narrow stalls and not enough parking spots

Liked: The Area of Hotel was good to get around..
Disliked: That the hot tub jets still were not working a year later!!!

Liked: Very friendly staff. Great location. Pool. Good breakfast.The seating areas were great, especially outside.
Disliked: Floors. The carpet in the room was wet and dirty (it was not visible from the outside). Socks and feet were very dirty after walking.Also soap accessories: for three adults there is 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 shower gel.

Liked: Great location. Very close to Chinook Mall. Great breakfast.
Disliked: The jets in the hot tub did not work.
