Very disappointed. Room smelled stale.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Room was clean but had a horrible stale smell.

The clerk refused to give me an invoice for the cost of the room, although it was my money that had purchased it. The room was very small and stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke although we had requested (and were given) an non-smoking room.

Disliked: The entrance to our second floor rooms was disgusting. Dirt- cigarette butts in the carpet Filthy One bed left like a pullout- pillows were awful

Liked: Lovely clean rooms, good breakfasts, pool and spa and a good amount of parking. Don't quite understand why it is only a 2 star hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
