Exceptional

Liked: Nice hotel had no problems

Book it, be happy and...

Liked: Great price, close to family, shopping, and hospitals if visiting patients!
Disliked: Later breakfast until about 10amExcellent fast checking, nice room, , large breakfast are, coffee, OJ, waffles , fruit, toast and more! Great value!!!

Loved it, can't say enough!

Liked: The breakfast was great! Can't start a better morning than to have coffee and biscuits and gravy. The location is always convenient since it's right off Marsha Sharp. Staff is amazing!
Disliked: Everything was great!

Friendly staff but not well...

Liked: That we got a suite and didn’t get charged for it due to the fact that our room wasn’t clean at 3’0 clock.
Disliked: When checked in by 3’oclock and our room wasn’t clean the staff said it will be ready by the time we get back we arrived around 10’oclock and it still wasnt clean she then moved us to a suite. Which was fine.Staff was friendly by the way.

Texas Tech graduation hotel accommodation

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable beds.Hotel was full do to graduation at Texas Tech, it wasn't noisy at all. Location was great. Check in/out was easy.
Disliked: Really wanted milk at breakfast and there was none.

Liked: Staff friendly, clean, and location was ideal.
Disliked: The A/C unit was loud which made it hard to sleep.

Liked: Not much to like honestly.
Disliked: Nothing really the room was super dirty the floorWas sticky, I had to ask the manager to mop the floor I found boogers on the wall among other things. I couldn’t get the door open either I had to get the manager to open it.
