Liked: Hotel is by a busy road in town. I requested a room on the back side (away from road). Staff did this for me happily. I requested more towels and cups for an extra night I decided to stay....staff got me the items immediately and happily. Drinks and atmosphere at the bar were good. Bedding appeared clean.
Disliked: Breakfast is advertised online and in lobby as well as staff said there was breakfast served .....if there was breakfast, it was not where I was told. Rooms....meh. They definitely need to train the housekeeping team or hire new ones. While my room was stocked with everything, the cleanliness was poor. I wiped things down with clorox wipes I had. This wasn't because I'm germaphobic. Handles/lamp shades/lamp switches/ entire AC unit/floor/headboard all very gross. Fridge needed wiped out.

Cigarette smoke when you enter...

Disliked: I don't consider a honeybun breakfast. Most hotels serve fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, pancakes or waffles, scramble eggs, meat, cereal, etc. Very disappointed with this property.

Room was comfortable and sufficed...

Liked: There was no breakfast. Ad needs to reflect this.
Disliked: There was a languge barrier, coupled with my hearing, making it hard to understand what was being said. It was probably difficult for the staff also.

Disliked: It’s right off the main road so it’s really loud at night. Wouldn’t recommend just for that reason. Would be up till after 2am hearing cars, alarms, etc.

Disliked: They didn't honor my reservation and raised the price. Not much of a breakfast either
