Not going back to them

Liked: Good rates
Disliked: No elevators for 2 elderly adult guests. We had to climb the stairs, 1 adult was 100 yrs old and the other was 80. Reservation made was for 4 adults on 2 beds. Could bearly even fit 1 adult comfortably on 1 bed

I have never stayed in...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I have never stayed in a worse room than this one (and I’ve occasionally stayed at other Super 8 locations, but this one was truly the dirtiest and most disgusting I’ve ever experienced). The room reeked of urine—likely from their filthy mop water—and the smell was intensified by the overwhelming stench of cigarette and marijuana smoke coming from the neighboring rooms. The mix of odors was absolutely nauseating. We were assigned on the first floor, and the window on the ground floor, which faced the parking lot, was broken and couldn’t be locked—an obvious safety hazard. (Plus, a lot of smokers in the parking lot added more of a smelly issue...) When we asked to change rooms, the front desk refused, claiming it was the last room available (though I seriously doubt that). We felt unsafe the entire night. The room was loud, filthy, and unbearably smelly. We ended up fleeing the place by 5 a.m. because we simply couldn’t take it anymore.
