Not a great experience.

Liked: I won’t return. The cleanliness was an issue, the unhelpful staff, and feeling a bit ripped off when leaving the next morning.
Disliked: Staff could at least be friendly.

I would never visit this...

Liked: literally nothing
Disliked: The room had a terrible smell upon entry like stale old cigarettes and wet dog. It then progressed to wafts of cat urine at times. I had brought a small fan with me. I had to go to the store and buy highly scented soaps to place in front of the fan to reduce the terrible smell. I didn't ask for a new room because the rest of them probably smelled just as terrible. Dead bugs were found on the window, crumbs on the floor and the towel rack fell down just by placing a towel on it. The guy at the front desk said the washer and dryer were broken and unable to be used. The ice machine did not work. Also, the same front desk guy was seen folding towels and sheets which were literally mounded 5 feet in the air and highly visible from the entry. Maybe if I had paid 150 dollars for the two nights I wouldn't be complaining as much, but over 575 dollars for this shithole was a complete rip off.

Would never recommend this place...

Liked: Availability
Disliked: No one at front desk. I had to call a number and wait for the person to arrive @ 10 minutes to get checked in. Broken ice machine, not informed before check in. Put a damage deposit hold on my card, which is absolutely ridiculous.

For short time to stay...

Liked: The location, Livingston.
Disliked: The staff - IF there is anyone - was not kind. We were after a long trip. As we checked in the guy told us what to do and when and how... I could understand it for second time a bit... I asked him to write on my receipt near my data plus my LTD data as well. Because it became a business trip also. Ha said it is impossible, but even my address is not on the printed receipt. I gave my address during the booking. The receipt was dropped into the room, and there were nobody in the morning to talk to... Then the guy said there is a coffee near the chenk-in place if we want. That is great - we thougth, and we were sitting in armchairs for 5 minutes . There were NOBODY going in or out, we left our luggages near the entrance. I think anyone could get in or out near that. But this guy not, asked us to put it over. No, he did not helped us, just made a command for us. The hotel was "Middle clean", the breakfast was forgettable... I wanted to book it for 3 person, but the guy said it is for 2... at the end it was not a problem, because it became a business stay and 2 of us stayed there. It was 2nd Super 8 which booking has a problems with persons + beds.
