Liked: The breakfast was just fine it was Hot Coffee, Something better than nothing at all overall my stay was perfect. Staff was great just smoke outside and you will be just fine rooms very clean and nice furniture again!!!!my stay was great I would pick this hotel over all the others and the price was not too high I stayed a few days because the price for such a nice $ room was very GREAT! Staff Awesome so if you are going to Lexington Kentucky area this hotel is the Best God Bless !!!😊😎
Disliked: everything was just fine for me there was nothing there to not like the staff were great and did not give me any problems . and all the rooms were all good !! would stay here anytime! Keep up the good work.

Disliked: No breakfast, the room needs to be renovated. The front door didn't close easily. The bathroom door also didn't close well.

Disliked: There is no elevator at this location . I paid for early check in was given a room when I got to the room it wasn’t clean or ready yet. It says on there website there is breakfast available when asked about it I was told they quit serving breakfast since Covid. I booked the room for 2 days and they don’t clean or replace anything after the 1st day so it was not a very pleasant stay.

Disliked: We was supposed to get a handicap room.. it wasn't.. even the bed was to high to access for my handicap bf and was put in a dangerous position for me and him both try to get him in this tall bed and we even contacted the front desk...

Disliked: The carpet smells moldy, there is only 3 pillows on each queen size bed so 1 person only gets 1 pillow, and the bath tub as no plug for a bath, I paid almost 500 for 3 nights and there's not a coffee pot in the room, not even a pool, plus the lobby is locked up at night, what the hell is the deal with that? I called the front desk for another pillow and was told that the hotel is full and they can't steal 1 pillow from another room, 😒 beds are uncomfortable too. The price is too high for the amenitiesI would rather pay for a high-end hotel and get a better value for my money!!!
