Liked: Our bed was comfortable
Disliked: At check in no one at the front desk. When the gal did arrive she stated "there is a phone right there". I not only did not see the phone but thought how inappropriate to immediately assume I had saw the phone and just stood there waiting to intentionally irritate her. She obviously was having an off day.

Restful

Disliked: Nothing, everything was good

Disliked: Nothing done about noisy guest day staff very rude and hateful

Disappointing

Liked: The hostess was very accommodating the first room didn't have a freezer so she moved me to a room that did have a freezer but she didn't know that it was going to be too loud in the room that she moved me to
Disliked: My room was right beside the ice machine and it was making a loud buzzing noise so that I couldn't sleep also every time somebody came to get ice or stood in the hall and talked it woke me up so therefore I had a very sleepless night

Disliked: Very noisy guest in the next room front desk staff did nothing about the noise nor would they move us to another room,ignored it completely, I'll do my best to never stay here again nor recommend to anyone.
